Tessa’s M-11 Model is a fully automatic, compact, vertical form seal packaging machine.
It features side filling and vertical sealing for liquid and semi-liquid products. It utilizes polyethylene film sleeves that keep everything clean in a bulk packaging application. The M-11 is an incredibly versatile bagging machine with applications beyond dairy. With proper packaging materials, it can package condiments, powders, pet food, and more!
Since you’ll be using it for dairy, know that it’s simple to use and maintain. In fact, some know this as the industry’s easiest bagging machine! You use it by installing a roll of polyethylene sleeves on the rear of the machine. The sleeves are open on one side, which allows for a continuous motion vertical form fill, and the automatic control PLC touch panel is intuitive.
The machine features an adjustable vacuum that allows the product to be pumped directly from the tank into the filling machine. This keeps everything clean, compact, and in line with all sanitary requirements.
